The Apex Overkill is a rotary tattoo machine built from a solid block of aircraft aluminium.  Elegant appearance and very light (weigh, 122 grams). Great versatility. Swiss Made Maxon motor: it means that you can tattoo at a much lower voltage, while still piercing the skin effortlessly.
EGO rotary tattoo machines include the remarkable "power triangle" system: Each machine comes with some power triangles and each different colour is a different density of rubber. This allows the artist to configure their EGO exactly how they want it, in terms of give and throw. The power triangle system efficiently replicates the front and back spring system from coil machines, thus combining the reliability and consistency of a rotary machine.
